re: Pancho's Red Sauce - YES!

Hi! I am SO glad I'm not insane! From the first time I ever tried these enchiladas at Pancho's (a LOOOOOOOONG time ago), I too came to the conclusion that the sauce was made with tomato soup. It simply tastes too much like it (to me) to not be tomato soup.
