The previous poster's response was correct with the Pofolks cooking process and its true " The batter mix came in a bag from corporate, but it did not list any actual ingredients, per se." The flour only had minimal basic seasonings. The real flavor came from the Pofolks PoDust all purpose seasoning that was added right after the chicken came out of the fryer
