ISO: Pofolks fried chicken

We used to have a restaurant called Pofolks in Tulsa that had to die for, melt in your mouth crust, fried chicken! It went out of business many years ago but I see online that there are several of them still open in Florida and Alabama.
Crossing my fingers that one of you good souls has a copycat recipe!!!
