re: Quantity of raspberry vinegar

Hi Shawn,

The raspberry vinegar recipe makes about 2 cups (1/2 cup of that is used to make the dressing). The dressing recipe makes about 2 cups (3/4 cup of that is used to make the salad). I haven't made the recipe, but I wouldn't add the full 3/4 cup dressing to the salad all at once - I would add it to taste.
