You can get these meat substitutes called "Quorn" at a lot of natural grocerers. They have all different kinds, but the "tenders" will work best.

You just need to find a good breading recipe (I believe it's eggs, water, oil, cornstarch), get your oil REALLY hot and fry them up.

I can't guarantee it'll work, but the Quorn things are good even without breading.
