Re: Request: lemon/garlic dry seasoning

I use a product from Penzeys, Ltd. called "Greek Seasoning." It's a convenient mix of dried lemon peel, powdered garlic, Greek oregano and marjoram and salt. I use it as a dry rub and in Greek yogurt sauce; the label has recipes for a Greek marinade for chicken, fish, etc. (great for gyros) and salad dressing. They have a website but I'm not sure of URL, you can probably find it. Or their phone is 414-679-7207. I buy almost all of my seasonings from this company.
