Hi Bob, I have had rattlesnake in a restarant as part of an appetizer dish. There was a small table-top grill in the center of the table and a platter of various vegetables and meats on it. We had skewers that we used to hold the different items over the flame. Rattlesnake was one of the items just cut in 'chunks'. I was leary but, will always try something new. It was GREAT! Grilled it tasted like chicken. I know this is not a recipe as such, although I wanted to share this version with you. I'm glad you posted this because my husband and I have really enjoyed reading the responses. Let us hear from you when you publish your book. We want to buy a copy; it sounds very interesting.
