BG, that is a really good recipe. I turned the temp to 275* for awhile and roasted it for 6 hours.
After I read your post, I turned the chicken breast down, which was a great idea. It was delicious. I will definitely make it again, next time with the smaller bird. The large one was no problem, just think I would have an even crisper skin with a small (less fat) chicken.
