BG/IL ...question about Sticky Chicken..

I have this in the oven right now, got it off the chat room archives. However, that recipe said "as large a chicken as you can find", and mine is a 7 lb Perdue Roaster. Do you think it is going to cook in anything close to the 5 hours? Smells wonderful, any thoughts you have on this are welcome! Perhaps raising the temp slightly? Thanks,
