re: Semolina's Macaroni and Cheese Cake

I lived in Baton Rouge for 10 years and Semolina's remains my favorite place to eat worldwide. I love the macaroni and cheese cake but am sure there are no tomatoes in it. The rest looks to be pretty close. Can't wait to try this recipe.
