re: Semolina's Macaroni and Cheesecake

I lived in New Orleans until 4 years ago and dined at Semolina's a lot. This recipe looks right except for the tomatoes. Semolina's Macaroni and Cheese does not have tomatoes in it. I'll try it without the tomatoes and let you know if it tastes right.
