Many thanks for your extra tip. I do use a cold bowl (forgot to add on that post...) The recipe isn't mine... Did you see the contribution at the bottom? It's from Hiroyuki Sato. I didn't write it... (I wish I could write so beautifully! Sigh... But,hey, glad you like it too!!! ^__^
