Hi Marce :-> You are right. The recipe and the method is very similar to the recipe that I checked. I guess the only thing that I can think of is - are you using large eggs? Most recipes say eggs and most mean that you should use large eggs unless otherwise specified in the recipe. This is the only thing I can think of but maybe others will have other ideas for you. I sure hope you can figure it out so you can surprise your mother on her birthday. Your mom and my DH share a birthday so a very happy birthday to her form MA.!!
