re: Substitute for Golden Syrup

Misc.
Hi Louise,

You can substitute light corn syrup or honey for the golden syrup - the taste won't be quite the same. You may be able to find Lyle's Golden Syrup in your local grocery - try the aisle where the sugars are or the imported foods section.

Happy Baking!
