Request Ontbijt Koek (Dutch Honeycake)

A Dutch ex-patriot friend of mine is keen to get hold of a traditional Dutch Honeycake (Ontbijt Koek) recipe.

I am told that Ontbijt=Breakfast and Koek=Cake as this is traditionally eaten at breakfast spread with butter.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
