re: Sweetwater Tavern Crab Cake Recipe - this may help

I don't have the recipe, but Sweetwater Tavern is part of the Great American Restaurants, which includes Mike's American Grill, Arties, Silverado and Carlyle Grand Cafe. They all have basically the same menus and recipes. I hope this helps some. Good luck.
