Recipe(tried): Good Housekeeping Banana Cake

I have made this recipe MANY times I have been making it for years, tbh you dont even need to use a filling or frosting, its great just on its own, easy simple and my kids love it :) I always mash the bananas first though and REALLY well almost to a puree thats most important part of preparing cake I have found.
