Misc. I would try getting a cookbook written by a local group, like a church or sports moms. Those cookbooks usually have really simple, economical recipes. The cookbooks usually cost about $10. Another source of good "home cooking" cookbooks is Reiman Publications. They put out the magazines "Quick Cooking" and Taste of Home". I believe they have an internet web site. They are more expensive, though, than the other books (about $20-$30).
