re: UNO's Crab and Shrimp Fondue

One of my favorites as well. We asked the manager at our local Uno's for the recipe and he said its made for them by a company called KNP Seafood (or K and P?). I searched for the company but couldnt find it. I'm going to try the posted recipes and see if I can get close -- with a bit of tarragon and garlic.
