Hi Jane,
There are lots of things he can do, does he like peanut brittle? I have a
great recipe for microwave peanut brittle and I think there were some recipes
already posted. Do a search...type in peanut in the search box and see if
anything appears. I buy walnuts in bulk, and put them in the freezer for
future use, I would imagine the same thing can be done with the peanuts.
If you need the recipe for the peanut brittle...let me know. I'm sure the
Georgia folks will let us know. Hope this helps!
