Good morning. Linda, all the ideas you have recieved are workable & should help your cake. Here is one more for you
Try steaming the cake, the moister will seep into the cake & should help. Now then Linda, there are 2 things I would like to say to you. Check-out your oven temp. with a oven temp gauge. They cost about $4.95 in your super market.
Now then Linda, You can substitute up to 1/4 of the sugar
in your recipe with HONEY. That is what will make your next try a succeesful moist & good tasting cake. Good luck & have a nice day young lady.
