Recipe: Northwood's Cabbage Salad

I have eaten at two or three different Northwood's in So Cal and I used to work with a young man who had previously worked there.  I literally picked apart the cabbage salad and found(and he verified) that they also added canned julienned beets.  The dressings in the 1st two recipes sound pretty close.  Especially marinating the salad.  Very important.  Hope this helps
