Recipe: Cream Coleslaw
Misc.CREAM COLESLAW
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/4 cup green pepper, minced
2 tablespoons green onion, minced
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, minced
3/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon celery seed
Combine the cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion and red pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture. Mix lightly. Carrots may be substituted for red pepper.
