Real buttermilk is the best, though...

Misc.

so, be advised. I find that the yogurt substitution works the second best -- 1
cup buttermilk = 2/3 cup plain yogurt plus 1/3 cup milk.

There is also powdered buttermilk available--I think it's SACO Brand ??? It is
available in the supermarket. But, I don't like it very much. Has anyone else
had experience with it ?

And, you are very welcome !!
