Recipe for meat marinade

For a tough meat, it usually helps to pound it a bit. This marinade is very
good and I have used it for a lot of different cuts of beef. Hope it will be
helpful to you.

meat Marinade

1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoons coarse black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon parsley
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle meat generously
with tenderizer and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours,
turning meat often.
