Need help tenderizing steaks

Misc.

Does anyone have any good ways to tenderize steaks? We don't eat steak often
but when we do it is so hard to get it as tender (or even close to) as the
restaurannts do. It always ends up being tough. Would appreciate any help or
suggestions.

Thanks!
