Hi Deb,
Glad my post was able to help you. I think I did add some orange extract, but
it didn't make that much difference. I really think lemon extract is a very
strong extract to compete with, and so If you were going to go with adding
orange extract, I'd probably skip the lemon altogether. I've also made the 5
flavor poundcake which is super. The funny thing is that with all those
flavorings, butter, rum, lemon,coconut and vanilla, the taste that still comes
through as being dominant is the lemon.
