ISO: type of flour used?

Misc.

Judy/AZ:

What type flour is used in your recipe "Orange Crush Pound Cake"? Normally, if
it's all-purpose, the measurements for salt and a leavening agent (soda, powder)
is included. Does it call for self-rising? I wondered if the carbonation in
the Orange Crush replaced any leavening. Thanks a lot!
