Thanks for sharing this with the gang! I love Wacky Cake. When I was in elementary school, they had Wacky Cake in the school cafeteria. It was frosted with a plain white powdered sugar frosting. Even though my taste has evolved since then, I still love a good piece of Wacky Cake with sugary white frosting!
