Misc.I usually let them thaw. I like to give the tapioca time to begin incorporating into the liquid. I just place the frozen berries in a bowl with the tapioca and other ingredients as specified on the box. Then I let it all "stew" for a bit while I make my pie crust. Hope this helps.
