Request: Salad Shooters

Hi,

I have always wanted to buy a salad shooter. I noticed that they now offer 3-4 different models. One is even a mixer. Does anyone know if they really work or is it more of a hassle to get it out and cut the food to fit the tube. Which model is better or most importantly the most powerful.
