Thanks for starting the Salad Shooter info. This is my second salad shooter and I love it. Within 5 minutes I have shredded cheese and carrots and every other vegetable. I just rinse it out and wipe it and put it away. Mine is not a professional but it does have a mixer with it which comes in handy for quick mixes. I do have extra cutting discs and parts for the smaller salad shooters if anyone needs something.
I enjoyed all the responses you received.
