Hi Rosie,

That isn't my recipe (it was posted to the chat recipe swap by Susannah/OH, I don't know if she's tried it. Looking it over, I don't think it's what you're looking for (but it sounds goods). That recipe is basically fried chicken with an orange 'gravy'.

Studying nutrition and dietetics must be very interesting!
