Hi Betsy;

Yes studying nutrition is very interesting and fun. We have a class that is called experimental foods. And in the three weeks since I been in that class I have discovered why food manufacturers will pay millions of dollars to people who have very sesetive palates. My taste buds are so used to high sugar and very salty foods so I can not distiguinsh a slightly salty taste to a mildly sweet taste. It is a fun class though. How long have you been checking out this web site?? I have been looking on it for as long as I have been on the internet. That is about a year and a half. I only recently started entering chat rooms.
