Rosin Baked Potatoes

Misc.

Bert-
I've had these potatoes too, and they are good....but, unfortunately not something easily (if at all) done at home. I asked the owner of the restaurant where I had these (the name escapes me) and he has a special machine that heats the pine rosin pellets. The machine is left on at all times to keep them at a constant temperature, and the temp. is carefully monitored. If pine rosin gets too hot, it explodes! So give yourself an excuse to go out to eat and enjoy. Hope this helps!
