SAND ART BROWNIES WERE A BIG HIT

Misc.

ALL THE KIDS [GROWNUP KIDS] LIKED THE SAND ART BROWNIES. I HAVENT MADE THEM MYSELF YET BUT I HAVE HAD TO GIVE THEM THE RECIPE SINCE THEY SAID THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. I HAD 2 OG THE GRANDCHILDREN A BOY 5 AND A GIRL 8 HELPING WITH THE FIRST BUNCH AND THEY REALLY DID A GOOD JOB AND THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT FUN. DH HELPED ON SOME TOO. I THINK I WILL SAVE MY MAYONAISSE JARS FOR THIS FOR NEXT YEAR INSTEAD OF GIVING AWAY MY GOOD CANNING JARS. I PRINTED CARDS ON THE COMPUTER TO BE ATTACHED TO THE JARS AND THEY REALLY LOOKED NEAT. I USED CONTSTUCTION PAPER TO PRINT ON, AND THAT REALLY WORKED GOOD AND ITS A LOT LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE FANCY PAPER FOR PRINTERS. I USED PINKING SHEARS TO CUT OUT THE INSTUCTION TAGS AND I THINK I WILL INVEST IN A PAIR OF THE SCISSORS THAT CUT FANCY EDGES FOR MAKING DIFFERENT TYPES OF TAGS. THANKS TO ALL WHO SUGGESTED THE SAND ART BROWNIES AND KEEP THE IDEAS COMING SO I CAN HAVE THE "SOMETHING DIFFERENT " FOR NEXT YEAR. WITH A COMBINED FAMILY OF 10 GROWN CHILDREN, THESE TYPES OF IDEAS ARE A BIG SAVING FOR US AT GIFT GIVING TIME. AGAIN THANKS
