BUSY DAY GARLIC CASSEROLE BREAD
1 envelope active dry yeast
1 cup cottage cheese, heated
4 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
1 unbeaten egg
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Soften yeast in 1/4 cup water. Combine in large mixing bowl with cottage cheese, garlic, egg, oil, oregano, sugar, salt, and soda. Add flour and blend well. Let rise until double.
Stir down and turn into a greased casserole. Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes in preheated 350 degrees F oven.
