Hi Sandra,
Sorry I didn't get back to this message, but have been off-line a few days..I think you can cut my recipe down...I can't see why not.
Try using l can of evaporated milk, 2 oz of heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 of a 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme, 1/4 c sugar, 3/4 tsp. vanilla, and then if there's any room to add more liquid, add half'n'half or whole milk to your "fill" line...should work!
