Sausage & Casings

Misc.
I would like to make sausage with my Kitchen Aid mixer (I just got the stuffing attachment), and am looking for some Polish Sausage and other recipes similar to that. And where on earth do I find the casings??? I do not have access to a lot of stuff where I live, is there a place where you can mail order them?
