Recipe(tried): Butter Pound Cake (using cake flour, 4 ingredients)

BUTTER POUND CAKE

2 cups butter, softened
1 (1 lb) pkg powdered sugar
6 eggs
3 cups cake flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Cream butter with sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Add flour, mixing only until smooth. Turn into 10-inch fluted tube pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool 30 minutes in pan before turning out on wire rack to cool completely.

Makes 1 Bundt cake, 8 servings
