Saw this on TV tonight

Saw a bit of a TV show (House and Garden network) tonight - that was on fondues. Evidently he did 3 - one was a cheese con questo type - and along with the veggies, etc. he had oven baked tortilla chips to dip; another was a tomato/roasted garlic one - and along with Italian bread cubes, veggies, pieces of sausage they had tortillini. Much as I love and use tortellini, I'd never thought of it for fondue! The 3rd was dessert - chocolate. And most of the dippers were one we're familiar with - marshmallows, cubes of cake and cubes of muffins, fruit, etc.

I didn't get there in time for the recipes, etc..... just for the final -- looking over and talking about this and that. But I made a few notes to myself! I've got to try the tortellini.
