Fondue Mania!

I just bought a new, beautiful fondue pot ... It has a crystal base and white metal top; I think it came from Chantal. I'm joining the revival. There are several restaurants in the D.C. area that specialize in Fondue; they're called the Melting Pot. If you have any recipes, please share!
