Gee Seppo, I have never made bread the old fashion way. I would think, and I am only guessing, that the measurements would be the same and you would follow the same routine that you normally do when making bread by hand. Maybe some of our seasoned Tried N True hand bread makers can give us some help.... ;~)Angie
