HAM AND PEA LAYERED SALAD
6 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 cup shredded carrot
1 1/2 cups cooked ham strips
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte Sweet Peas, drained*
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup light sour cream
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Layer greens, carrot, ham and peas in clear 3-quart bowl.
Stir together yogurt, sour cream and basil for dressing. Season with 1/8 tsp. pepper, if desired. Spread evenly over peas. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill up to 24 hours. Toss before serving.
*1 can (15-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE Whole Kernel Corn, drained, may be substituted for the peas
