Seppo, Crab Cakes

Misc.

Thanks Seppo, I'm thrilled that everyone liked them. By the way, you don't have
to answer this but what do you do? You seem to be always feeding a crowd?!
I used only the egg white for the binding properties(I've got this strange anti-
yolk thing goin too). I used the tvp flakes. They are terrific for just about
everything. I use the chunks for stews and such. But we also love them with
tomatoes and corn with hot sauce!!
I'm a mom of 2 (4 and 6),wife, nurse(work on weekends), and I pretty much make
everything that goes into the mouths of my babes. The only things they eat that
are processed are things like ketchup and american cheese. Thanks!
Suzanne:-)
