Recipe: Potato Salad

Dear Tracey,
Hi, I've got a great potato salad recipe everyone loves.
Soon as summer hits I make it at least twice a month. I hope
you enjoy it as much as my family and friends do.
Potato Salad
----------------------
2lbs.potatoes 1tbs. sugar
1/2 cup chopped celery 1tbs. vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 hard boiled egg
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbs. finely diced green pepper 1/2 cup salad cream
1 tsp.salt 2 tbs celery seed
4 heaping tbs of sweet pickle
black pepper to taste relish.
1/2 tsp. dr y mustard paprika
1tsp celery salt
boil potatoes peel and dice into the size you want. cool in
refidgerator.through in celery,onion and green pepper, then
add salt,pepper,dry mustard,celery salt,sugar and vinegar,
still not stirring.Take yolk from egg and mix with mayo. Then
pour potatoes with salad cream.Sprinkle 1tbs. celery seed pm tp[/
using a wooden spoon mix and adjust your seasoning.
add your sweet relish(heinz is good)and coursly chop the egg
white and add. add more mayo of needed or other seasong
