I don't really have recipes for these things - i just throw them together! Tagliatelle is just thin flat strips of pasta like ribbon. You could coat it with some kind of sauce (pesto or walnut) and serve with the steak and a salad. As for the roasted veg i just heat a little oil in an oven pan (you really don't want too much, just enough to stop the veg sticking to the pan) , add garlic and veg when oil is hot and then roast in a fairly hot oven. Or you could steam new potatoes, baby carrots, fresh peas etc and toss in a little butter, salt,pepper and parsely.....just a few more ideas. And welcome! Always nice to have someone new at TKL :)
