MICROWAVE CHERRY CRISP
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
vanilla ice cream (optional)
Spoon pie filling into a greased 9-inch microwave-safe plate.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, oats and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
