Misc.
I made this with brussels sprouts last night for dinner - however, as I was making it, I modified it somewhat, and was very pleased with the results. I used the bacon drippings to fry about 1/2 a diced onion and a small amount of (prob. 2 T.) sun-dried tomatoes/oil packed. It really is a great combination, and my hubby, who hates all vegetables unless they're pickled or in vinegar some way, actually had four of them, and said - "not bad"! I couldn't believe he actually ate them!!
