South African Pudding Cakes

Misc.

Thanks to both of you. I think this might be the basic recipe I was looking for.
The pudding (cake) I tasted, had the brandy in the batter. It was served with
powdered sugar and a dollop of whipped cream on the side instead of syrup. The
lightness of it was quite remarkable, especially since it was served slightly
warm in 90F+ weather!

I'll have to give it a try. Thanks again to you both.

Linda
